Sunset Strip Music Festival, Day 1- 8-26-10. The House of Blues held a tribute for Slash. On hand to honor him were: Lemmy Kilmister, Nikki Sixx and Jerry Cantrell. KLOS's Jim Ladd hosted the event and Lemmy's band with Slim Jim Phantom and Danny B. Harvey- Head Cat, performed. If that wasn't enough, Filter was at the Roxy and Beth Hart performed at the Whisky- joined by Slash! This was just day 1! Don't have your SSMF ticket yet? What are you waiting for?!? ;)

Axis of Justice: Tom Morello and friends : Tom Morello and friends (Perry Farrell, Dave Navarro, Steve Vai, Slash, Jerry Cantrell, Wayne Kramer, Flea, Travis Barker, Stewart Copeland, Sen Dog, B-Real, Davey Havok and Pete Yorn) tore the roof off of the Troubadour on 4-15-08. It was the kick-off of the "Justice Tour" and all proceeds from this particular show went to an organization called People Assisting The Homeless (PATH) which provides shelter and food for homeless people in Southern California and also helps them get on the road to saving money and finding affordable housing. www.ePATH.org
